Clinic Times
The GPs and Nurse Practitioners and other Healthcare staff offer a variety of surgery clinic times:
Morning Surgeries are held between 08:00 – 12:00
Afternoon Surgeries are held between 13:00 – 18:30
(These times will vary depending on the clinician and clinic being held)
Urgent cases will be seen by either a Doctor or Nurse, as appropriate, on the same day after submitting your request through Anima. Attending reception at 8am will not get you seen any earlier as all requests are triaged.
Enhanced Access available
East Lindsey Primary Care Network will be providing enhanced access appointments Monday to Friday 6:30pm to 8pm and Saturdays 9am to 5pm. These appointments will be a mix of face to face and telephone and with a range of clinical staff.

Closure for Training
Please be aware the practice will be closed for staff training every third Thursday each month - Between 1pm and 6:30pm
The front door will be locked and we will only be dealing with emergencies during this time and Anima will be turned off. The Practice Dispensary will also be closed during this time. If you have an emergency then please knock on the door and one of the staff will come and assist you.
N.B Please be advise any dates where we may not be closed every third Thursday of each month we will inform our patients accordingly.
