The NHS does not pay for some of the services we provide to our patients.
These include private sick notes, insurance forms, holiday cancellation forms, medical reports, fitness to travel certificates, private prescriptions, and some vaccination services.
Non NHS service Fees that are Provided by the Practice
These fees are set under guidance from the British Medical Association (BMA)
Payments are to be made in advance/ or on collection only once the patient has confirmed payment acceptance prior to the work.
N.B. Our clinicians do not sign passport photos/ driving licences etc and they cannot raise letters to confirm an individual lives at a specific address
