Just go to our website and use the link provided 🌐➡️
Please be aware the new link on our website will take you to the account less log in for Anima from the 7th April.
To submit a request, simply enter your:
• First name 👤
• Surname 👤
• Date of birth 🎂
• Postcode 📮
Please use your full name as registered with the Practice (not shortened or “known as” names) 📝
We’ll securely check your details against NHS records 🔍✅
You will need to be registered with the Practice 🏥
You can still use your previous account login details but this new account less access means it will be quicker
This change makes things simpler—especially if you’ve had trouble logging in before—and removes the need for dependent accounts 😊
Please note: NHS records update overnight 🌙, so any recent changes may take up to 24 hours to show ⏳
