Cancel/Change Appointment 

Please inform the reception staff by phoning the practice or you can cancel appointments online via the NHS app or Systmonline or via Ask My GP which are all open 24/7. 

If you fail to notify the Practice that you are unable to attend you will be informed via text message or letter.  Persistent defaulters may be removed from being registered at the practice. 

Please try to give us at least 24 hours notice if possible as we would then be able to offer to someone else. 

Please do not submit appointment requests through the Practice email address. 

Booking an Appointment 

Please book using Ask MY GP, Nursing appointments and Blood tests are available to book 24/7 and will be dealt with during working hours. If you do not have Ask MY GP then please call and speak to one of the Patient care advisors who will be able to assist.  

Enhanced Access available

East Lindsey Primary Care Network will be providing extended access appointments Monday to Friday 6:30pm to 8pm and Saturdays 9am to 5pm. These appointments will be a mix of face to face and telephone and with a range of clinical staff.

Appointments are pre-bookable and patients should contact the Surgery through AskMyGP where possible.
