Track and Trace

With the continued changes in relation to COVID 19. All patients/visitors to the Practice are now being tracked and traced if they have not got a pre-booked appointment.
If you are collecting medication from the dispensary you will be asked to complete your contact details for track and trace purposes.
If you do not have a pre-booked appointment and have not been asked to attend the surgery by a member of staff then please use Ask My GP or call in the first instance.
