When We Are Closed

If you require urgent medical assistance when the surgery is closed, which cannot wait until the surgery re-opens; please dial 111 and you will be connected to the NHS 111 service. Calls to this service are free from both landlines and mobile phones.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Lincolnshire and District Medical Services provide an extended access hub service in East Lindsey. Patients can now see a GP or Nurse Practitioner at a clinic based at the Woldside building at County Hospital Louth, between the hours of 18.30 to 20.00 Monday to Friday (including Bank Holidays) and 08.30 to 16.45 Saturday and Sunday. Appointments are pre-bookable and patients should contact the Surgery to access these or call 111 when their Practice is closed.
