Attending the Surgery
Horncastle Medical Group, with effect from Friday 16th April will be unlocking the front door.
However, we are still limiting the number of patients attending the Practice at one time and have put in a few extra precautions to protect both Staff and Patients attending.
The dispensary window will now show a traffic light system, if it is green then you can come in and collect your medication. If it displays red then please wait outside until the dispensary team change it to green as they will be dealing with another patient.
Only one person will be allowed at reception at one time, so if you see another patient being dealt with by the reception team then please wait outside for a few minutes.
There will be social distancing stickers on the floor at entry so please follow these and respect other patients and staff in the vicinity.
Please only attend the Surgery for the following reasons below:
Do you have a pre-booked appointment?
Are you collecting medication from dispensary?
Have you been asked to attend by a Practice Staff member and by whom?
If you have not answered yes to any of the above then you will be politely asked to leave and contact us via Ask My GP or by telephoning the Surgery.
Please also respect the staff when you are asked to leave as abuse towards any member of the team will not be tolerated.
If you are showing any signs or symptoms of COVID 19 then please do not attend the Practice and contact us instead via Ask My GP or by telephone.
